Meet Esaura Cumberbatch
Mrs. Esaura Cumberbatch has a passion for empowering people and helping them to achieve their goals through purposeful thought and an enthusiastic attitude. She has worked in Human Resources for the past thirteen years.
Mrs. Cumberbatch through her company, founded Solachar Consulting in 2018. Her hard work and dedication to the profession of Human Resources is evident by her readiness to serve, and an ongoing commitment to see The Bahamas Society for Human Resources (BSHRM) chapter thrive and elevate to new levels.
Esaura currently servces as the President-elect for The Bahamas Society for Human Resource Management and has represented the BSHRM chapter at the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) annual Volunteer Leadership Summit in Washington, D.C. where she had the opportunity to connect with other peers, and work on strategies to provide continuity and advance the HR profession.
Mrs. Cumberbatch believes “Purpose should be at the heart of all that we do, and helping to advance the HR profession in The Bahamas through certification and recertification opportunities is critical to the expansion of HR in the country.”
